Make sure the phone is turned Off. Press and hold the Volume down, Power and Camera keys. When the phone vibrates release the Power key. Keep holding the Volume down and Camera keys for another 5 seconds and then release the keys. The phone will reset and boot up automatically. More Go TO=======> ::::::

With the machine off by tapping together: GREEN (send) + Red (End) + Camera button and POWER. Wait for it and start to vibrate. Ready HARD RESET successfully done!
